Welcome to Krishna Jewellery by Sapna (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.



A legal disclaimer

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Timeline: Once processed, orders are shipped within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

  • Shipping Partners: We use trusted delivery partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, DHL, FedEx) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. General

  • We operate as an individual, unregistered business under the brand name Krishna Jewellery by Sapna.

  • All our products are imitation jewellery. We do not sell precious metals or stones.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website at any time.

  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, COD (Cash on Delivery), and Razorpay.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5000. For all other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • At present, we ship only within India. International shipping may be added in the future.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds or money-back once a purchase is made.

  • Exchanges are available only if you personally contact us within 2  days of delivery and the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Exchange approval will be at our discretion after reviewing your request.

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

5. Product Information

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting, screen display, or handcrafted nature of the jewellery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier/shipping providers.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by imitation jewellery materials.

  • By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that the jewellery is fashion/ imitation jewellery and not real gold, silver, or diamond.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
