Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not offer refunds or money-back under any circumstances.

This applies to all payment methods (UPI, card, COD, Razorpay).

2. Exchange Policy

We do offer exchange of products if you contact us personally within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange will only be accepted if:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Original tags/packaging (if any) are intact.

You have contacted us via email/phone/WhatsApp with proof of purchase.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchange

Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.

If a replacement is approved, we will ship the new product to you at no extra charge.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
