At Krishna Jewellery by Sapna, we value your trust and want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are imitation jewellery, we maintain a strict no refund policy. Please read the details below:

1. No Refunds

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not offer refunds or money-back under any circumstances.

  • This applies to all payment methods (UPI, card, COD, Razorpay).

2. Exchange Policy

  • We do offer exchange of products if you contact us personally within 2 days of delivery.

  • Exchange will only be accepted if:

    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • Original tags/packaging (if any) are intact.

    • You have contacted us via email/phone/WhatsApp with proof of purchase.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.

  • If a replacement is approved, we will ship the new product to you at no extra charge.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

6. Final Decision

  • All exchange requests are subject to approval by Krishna Jewellery by Sapna.
